Lang Wyatt worked as a Construction Manager at Risk to complete a 3,000 SF emergency room addition and a fire sprinkler retrofit to an existing hospital in rural southeastern Arizona. A new driveway and parking lot were also included in the $1 million scope of work. Construction was completed in seven months.

Lang Wyatt worked as a general contractor to build this new 19,000 SF Spanish colonial pediatric medical office building. The new $1.5 million facility features tile roofs and a bell tower. Construction was completed in six months.
