Lang Wyatt acted as general contractor for this new $835,000 new pre-engineered steel maintenance facility for University vehicles, including trucks, automobiles, and motorized mechanical equipment. The 6,000 SF facility includes 3 bays with 12,000 pound double lifts for truck/equipment maintenance. Work also included parts/tool storage, offices, and a wash bay with a reclaimed water system. Construction was completed in ten months.

Lang Wyatt served as general contractor on this new $2.8 million, 3-story masonry and steel frame building with brick veneer. The center serves the learning disabled student population at The University of Arizona. The 15,500 SF building was completed in ten months.

Lang Wyatt worked as a Construction Manager at Risk to complete $2.75 million in renovations of the home of University of Arizona Athletics Department and the Arizona Wildcats basketball team. Renovations to a total of 24,000 SF included locker facilities, restrooms and offices. Construction was completed in ten months.

Lang Wyatt worked as a Construction Manager at Risk to complete the construction of this project which increased the size of the Integration Lab by one hundred percent. It included new, super-flat concrete floor slabs to allow movement of mirrors on air carts; new metal building structure, wall, and roof components; extension of the overhead bridge crane; addition of storage mezzanines; upgrades and additions to existing HVAC and fire alarm systems; re-routing of major site utilities; and connection of all new systems to existing systems.

Lang Wyatt worked as a Construction Manager at Risk to complete the demolition and removal of the original test tower in the UA Steward Observatory Mirror Lab and the construction of a new, larger tower on the same foundation. This required major modifications to the outside enclosure and the thimble that surround the upper part of the test tower. In addition to all new metal framing and drywall, the work included additions and modifications to the electrical, HVAC, fire sprinkler, and fire alarm systems. The construction cost on this project was $2.4 million.
