Lang Wyatt worked as a Construction Manager at Risk to build this new $2.65 million new sports facility in Marana, Arizona, north of Tucson. The 11,000 SF facility includes large workout rooms with exercise equipment and free weights, locker rooms, steam rooms, saunas, spa treatment and therapy rooms, a commercial kitchen and snack bar, as well as retail and office/administrative space. Outdoor amenities include covered patios and connecting landscaped areas leading to the pool and pool ramada, as well as basketball, volleyball, and tennis courts. Construction was completed in twelve months.

Tucson, Arizona

Lang Wyatt built this new $1.9 million auto sales and service facility for Budget Car Sales in Tucson, Arizona. The project included a 15,000 SF sales and administration building as well as a 7,100 SF, 10-bay auto and light truck service and repair facility which included an oil/water separator, lubricating systems, oil and grease storage, and a compressed air system.

Safford, Arizona

Lang Wyatt worked as a Construction Manager at Risk to complete this new $5.5 million high-tech, fully automated laboratory featuring robotics, pneumatic conveying, and pneumatic waste disposal systems. The slab is highly specialized as is the underground piping, acid waste system, and the venting and air conditioning systems. The 26,000 SF building itself is steel and is built to easily accommodate future expansion. The project was built in two phases, the first, eight months, and the second, six months. The facility is located in Safford, in rural southeastern Arizona.
